We’ve designed a new automated line for packaging hardware kits used in the furniture industry. Screws, plugs, hinges – every component is counted and packed with maximum precision, thanks to our flexible, modular technology. In this project, we combined six CMF5 counting modules with two special hinge feeders, all synchronized with our Microvert PRO vertical packaging machine. The result? A ready-to-use kit, packed in polyethylene bags, with an integrated checkweigher that automatically rejects non-compliant packs. To enhance system efficiency, we’ve added a reject bin to collect any off-spec bags and keep the line clean and flowing smoothly. There’s also a manual loading table, allowing operators to add extra components before final sealing.
