At Imanpack, we love creating clever solutions for all kinds of products. This time, we turned our attention to the medical field, designing a compact, efficient, and fully automated line made just for dental aspirator tubes.
Here’s what happens.
Two CMF5 counting modules take care of selecting and counting the right number of tubes. The vibrating bowls do the heavy lifting, and they’re fully adjustable to handle different product formats with ease.
Next up: the friction feeder — the unsung hero — which inserts an instruction leaflet into every single pack.
And to wrap things up, the inclined Microvert PRO 300 wraps everything in a polyethylene film. Clean, hygienic, and ready for use.
