High speed counting and packaging line for plastic cups
Imanpack offers several solutions to count and wrap plastic cups, from basic machines to high-performance systems like the one here shown, including a Moonlight flow-wrapper and a high-speed cupcounter.
The cupcounter separates the cups pile coming from the thermoforming machine in stacks of 50 pieces to be wrapped. With its two independent groups of stack separators it allows to reach a higher speed than our standard model, and coupled with the Moonlight flow-wrapper for polyethylene it creates a fast and reliabe packaging system for plastic cups and bowls.
