Packaging line for kits of screws and plastic components
CMF5 counting modules can have different size and shape to properly process various products: in this counting and packaging line for kits of screws and plastic components there are standard, conical and special modules with air blowing for piece selection. Pieces selected by each counting module make up a kit that the operator can complete with an instruction sheet added through an aperture in the packaging machine feeding hopper. The Microvert PRO packaging machine makes polyethylene packages with two joined pouches, one of which contains the sheet. A belt checkweigher verifies the conformity of each package and rejects the wrong ones.
