Video - Counting modules line and vertical packaging machine for kits
The hardware/kit industry often gives us the opportunity to build large systems and packaging lines with several machines.
This kit packaging line can handle up to seven different items, thanks to two weighers MCWS9, four counting modules CMF5 and a special counting module for hinges. Each weighing/counting unit loads the desired amount of pieces for any item, filling the cups of the bucket conveyor where kits are composed. Pieces are released into the vertical packaging machine Microvert PRO 300 to be wrapped in polyethylene bags. A checkweigher module verifies the weight of any bag and, in case, rejects packages that do not conform with the set required weight.
