Video - Inclined packaging machine Lidpack with robotized feeder
The inclined packaging machine Lidpack is the ideal choice to wrap products whose shape avoid them to be firmly stacked. Its tilt and specific feeder allow to hold them in place until they meet the bag.
This machinery features a feeding system for electrical boxes with a cartesian robot AV100 that picks pieces up and stacks them on the automatic feeder of the packaging machine. During the transfer the pieces are oriented alternately in two ways. An additional loading system with transport belt and pneumatic pusher adds to the stack a carton box containing a milling cutter. This set is then wrapped in heat-shrink polyethylene film by the Lidpack machine.
