Counting modules can vary in features according to the product: conforming the size and shape of the flowing duct it is possible to handle screws, hinges, fittings, plastic and metal parts. For plain objects like O-Rings the best choice is to use cone-shaped container, as we did here.
This packaging line includes two counting modules CMF5 and a vertical packaging machine Microvert PRO 200. Bags have three different O-Rings, two small sized rings loaded by the counting modules and a bigger one manually loaded by the operator. Bags are in micro-perforated polyethylene.
