Video - Packaging line for fitting and gasket kits
A flow-wrapper with counting module is the ideal solution to wrap kits with fitting and gasket. Gaskets are stored into the vibrating basket of the counting module CMF5 while fittings are placed on the feeding belt of the packaging machine. The dosing basket opens to supply one gasket for each fitting. The flow-wrapper Micropac LTS wraps these kits in polyethylene bags whose weight is verified by the belt checkweigher: the ones with missing or excessive pieces are automatically rejected.
