The weigher MCWS0 is the ideal machine to dose up to 30kg of medium-large size hardware. In this machinery it is combined with an automatic case erector with taping unit and a magnetizer.
The weigher doses nails by a roughing vibrating chute and a finishing vibrating chute and fills boxes through a contoured outlet. The case erector opens boxes and seales them on the bottom with adhesive tape. Nails are magnetized while filling boxes and then boxes are sealed on the top by the taping machine.
