Any product needs the right packaging machine to be properly wrapped, as well as the right feeding device when necessary. Imanpack designs and builds packaging machines and custom loading/feeding systems able to suit a wide range of products.
This flow-wrapper Micropac Super features a special feeder providing one or two rolls of stretch film at a time, according to the desired bag. A pneumatic pusher moves the rolls from the conveyor belt to the feeder where they are collected and thus sent to the machine infeed conveyor by means of a synchronization basket. The flow-wrapper is suitable for cellophane film and makes up to 42 single bags per minute and 22 double bags.
