  • Periodically monitor workers’ health conditions in compliance with regulations and privacy requirements
  • Verify compliance with safety rules by all parties operating within the company, including contractors and external suppliers
  • Promptly manage critical situations by adopting corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence

4. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND SYSTEM MANAGEMENT

  • Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System through performance monitoring and results analysis
  • Define measurable and verifiable objectives and targets for each area (quality, environment, safety), periodically verifying their achievement

The above policy is concretely implemented through specific objectives formalized during the periodic management reviews of the quality management system, which are adopted and managed, within their respective areas of responsibility, by the managers of all company departments.

The policy is reviewed annually to ensure its continued suitability in light of any changes in circumstances and knowledge.
